The Legacy Pilates Ped-o-Pull consists of a T-shaped rod at the top connected to a tall metal pole, which is mounted in a square wooden base. Springs are fixed to the horizontal part and the vertical portion represents the spine, which is aligned with the pole. Exercises on the Ped-o-Pull also promote shoulder stability and balance.
With teak option, the floor board and the wooden piece on the Aluminium handles come in Teak.
