xBlack Series products are built on a solid maple frame and finished with water-based black paint, filler, and a clear varnish for a refined, durable surface.
The Legacy Pilates Ped-o-Pull consists of a T-shaped rod at the top connected to a tall metal pole, which is mounted in a square wooden base. Springs are fixed to the horizontal part and the vertical portion represents the spine, which is aligned with the pole. Exercises on the Ped-o-Pull also promote shoulder stability and balance.
