I have ordered the complete equipment for a studio in the south of France. Romana trained, I learned and practiced on Gratz and I can tell you that I am very satisfied with the quality, the packaging. The delivery itself since the deadlines have been respected more or less -the quality of the devices obviously, extremely close to its biggest competitor -and finally friendliness, efficiency, skills, as well as back office commercial gestures.
